Avangard and CSKA make a trade
Avangard Hockey Club has traded forward Vladimir Bryukvin to CSKA for defenseman Bogdan Kiselevich. The contract of the Avangard newcomer is valid until the end of the 2023/24 season.
This season, Kiselevich played 22 games for CSKA, had 5 assists and was +9.
Kiselevich will be wearing number 53 in Avangard.
Rashid Khabibulin, Avangard General Manager:
- Adding a defenseman before the playoffs is one of our top priorities. And such an experienced player as Kiselevich, who has won an Olympic gold medal and the Gagarin Cup, will stand Avangard in good stead. He is a defensive-minded defenseman who has good size and is always solid in front of his net, has a good plus minus stat. Besides, he knows how to play and win playoff games - and it is extremely important for creating an efficient team aimed at winning the Cup.
