Defenseman Ziyat Paigin placed on waivers.

According to KHL Regulations, in case if the Hockey Player is not claimed by any team upon expiry of 48 hours from being placed on waivers, i.e. the Hockey Player has not been selected by any KHL Club, such Hockey Player shall be placed in VHL team or other team of the Club which is not included into the Competition System.
