Avangard Hockey Club has signed forward Andrew Poturalski to a one-year contract extension.
Alexei Sopin, Avangard HC General Manager:
- We are very pleased to have reached an agreement with Andrew for next season. He adapted to the league quickly and has become incredibly valuable to the team. Beyond his offensive production, he’s effective in every area of the ice. As I mentioned before, there were some non-hockey details to finalize during contract talks, but Andrew is happy with the environment we are building here. I expect him to be even more impactful for the club next year.
Poturalski is currently in his debut KHL campaign with the Omsk team. Through 72 games, the forward has tallied 69 (27+42) points and is plus-31. In February 2026, he represented the team at the KHL All-Star Game.
